Ruby Tuesday

Our server Ron is one of the best that Ruby Tuesday has. He’s outgoing and very thorough detail and he’s funny. And he make sure you get a great deal also

I used to adore Ruby Tuesday as a kid. But now, many years later, I was really sad this time revisiting it for the first time. The food is overpriced for what you get-- $13 for 5 pieces of sad shrimp really shocked me. I also ordered the dulce leches dessert and it wasn't great either, I could barely eat half of it. My friend and I tried the funnel cake sundae as well and neither of us wanted to take more than a bite (don't recommend!!!). He also ordered one of the pasta dishes and also couldn't finish it because it wasn't very good. Our server was helpful and nice, but we were missing utensils/napkins for half our meal. The atmosphere of the store is like I remember it, but the food was just so disappointing. (And no popcorn shrimp, which was my favorite back then)

I was wanting the salad bar and I called to confirm if they had one and yes they do and Tom the manager was great over the phone and in person. I enjoyed the food. Everyone from the host to my waiter was great. It took a while for her to come over and check on us to give us water. But we had nothing but time. So patience is a virtue and in today's world hardly anyone wants to work. So a lot of places are short-handed and what not. So we waited very patiently but once everything got to rocking and rolling everything was good. Thank you so much. Sharonville location Ruby Tuesday's was awesome and again salad bar was great. The presentation wasn't that beautiful but all the fixings were amazing. Thank you so much!

It was great to see that there's still one Ruby Tuesdays in Ohio! The salad bar is in full effect as well. All options at the haha bar were full and the food looked fresh. Our waiter was pretty good and friendly. The food was just as good as I remembered, and came out relatively quickly. The food was hot and the manger came by to check on us. The bathrooms were clean as well. I would come back here. There are daily drink specials available for less than $7.

The service was good. Our steaks were overdone. Everything came out extremely well done when we requested medium. We asked for A1. They didn't have any. Brought out malt vinegar, L&P Worcestershire sauce which had an 4/2025 expiration date and hot sauce. Servings were very small.
