Ruby Tuesday

Went today and enjoyed a meal with my wife and kids. This was a last shot for us our last several experiences were not great, no even decent but this time was different. Overall we left satisfied. The chips with the chips and queso were a little soggy and stale. Not all of them just some of them and the queso was room temperature at best. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and our meals were got were spot on and just perfect. This review isn’t meant to bash. It’s meant to let people know that maybe things have changed for the better. Ruby Tuesday is one of my favorite places to eat pre covid. After Covid they spiraled. Until now. We will definitely be back. The honey bourbon chicken the best!!

Jessica has waited on us at least two times, excellent service, always friendly and always a smile. We love it when she waits on us. Riley has greeted us more than once, friendly and cordial. Today i believe he was training Elijah, both young men are well groomed, friendly and make you feel very welcome, assets to the restaurant. We are extremely happy with the managers that are taking care of employees, customers and food preparation! Go Ruby Tuesday!! We are big fans

Whatever the new management is doing, keep on doing it. The salad bar was awesome. The fried mushrooms were the best I've ever had and I don't even really like fried mushrooms. Our server Darrel was on it. Very attentive and worked his tail off making sure everyone got attended to. We had such a rough night Valentine's Day finding a good place to eat and so glad we decided to go here. The desserts we had were amazing. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars for the food and atmosphere: The steak my husband ordered was medium and he ordered well done. They did make him a whole new steak so that was nice. The pasta I had could have used a little more sauce. The lights above the tables and the ceiling tiles could use some TLC. Other than that, they saved our V Day and we will be back.

It was our first time here, we understand that it's being ran by new management and I give them props for taking on the task of revamping a business. The salad bar was great, and fresh! The food was good, nothing to exciting but im sure it'll continue to get better and the cookie skillet was delicious!! We enjoyed our visit. The atmosphere marks are low because you can tell some things need replaced. Our booth had a hole in the cushion and my cup was covered in cracks.

We both got the salad bar and entree. They need to check the salad bar for things running out. Especially the ones coming in and getting take out. They really pile the container up. By the time I was done with my salad the dinners came out. The top of my noodles were cold but the very bottom was warm. I was full from the salad so I didn't complain just took them home and enjoyed them next day. It was good.
