Round Table Pizza

Everything about this restaurant is great except for one staff member, whose name I believe is Rina or Raina. I am not completely sure of her name, but she has been extremely rude every time we have visited. The food is good, and we have been coming here for years, but her behavior toward customers is very unprofessional and unpleasant. Because of the way she treats people, we have decided not to come back as a family.

The owner was rude and the staff seemed disorganized. He acted irritated that we were even there to order in person, asking if we were just picking up, and didn’t bother to say hello. After placing our order, he forgot to include our drinks—we had to reorder and pay for them separately. I understand food service is tough, but if you can’t handle it, maybe it’s time to consider another line of work

They deserve even more than 5 stars. One of the best pizzas I've had in the almost 5 years we've lived in the United States. Just the right amount of dough, crunchy and soft, we ordered it with a stuffed edge and extra cheese and got that cheese that stretches and makes your mouth water just talking about it. And look, we weren't We were very hungry and we ate everything, we didn't even leave the onion on the platter as the pizza was so delicious. In addition to Marcos' excellent service, he even presented our daughter with a cookie. It is certainly a place that we will always make a point of visiting when we are In California. today (July 19) we stopped by the restaurant just to pick it up and eat it in the car and the quality is the same as eating there. awesome 😻

Ordered at 5:30 STRAIGHT from website … they sent a rude door dasher who took my food on thanksgiving eve .. the lady who’s at restaurant answering phone extremely rude if I wanted door dasher I would order from there! I will not be spending my money here she was so rude put me on hold while I was talking today 11/25 at 7:20pm! This is not how you treat a paying customer WHEN YOU SENT ME A DOOR DASHER WHEN I PAID FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!!

First the positives, pizza is delicious as always, the place is nice and clean. The service is usually good, but I got one rude person taking my order. I tend not to be confrontational, but this person needed me to call her out on her rudeness, to get someone like me to who is pretty chill and was taught to respect people and be a polite human being, it took quite a lot to push me to say something. Honestly all I wanted was a pizza but I won’t be coming here to get it. There are plenty of other good Round Table restaurants with friendlier staff.
