had the chance to try Ross Bahamian Conch Shack at a recent health fair, and they definitely delivered on flavor. Here's what stood out: Wings & Fries: The wings had a solid Southern-style base with a Caribbean flavor twist — well-seasoned, juicy, and crispy without being greasy. The fries were golden and crisp, a perfect side that held up well even outside a traditional restaurant setting. Conch Salad: I also tried the conch salad, and it was fresh and tasty with a good mix of citrus and texture. The only thing it needed was a bit more spice or heat to really bring it to life — a dash of pepper or hot sauce would’ve taken it to the next level.

I passed this place often very pleased that I stopped today for Conch I was very pleased with the portion size it can feed to . My only personal preference is that the conch should be fried harder

I love this food truck, the conch balls and conch salad are both awesome. The guys were helpfull and fun to talk to. Definitely going back for more.

Best fried conch and shrimp ever. This is forever my place to go when I'm in town and want some seafood. The conch was tender not gummy or over cooked. The food was just delicious. The plate was overflowing, completely full of goodness. The French fries are lacking but the conch and shrimp makes up for it in abundance. Looking forward to the next trip just so I can get some conch and shrimp.
