Rose’s Creamery

We love Rose’s creamery. The kids love to get ice cream and then go across the street to eat at the park. The made to order ice cream cakes are AMAZING. And we get all of our holiday pies here (gf - and guests can’t tell the difference). This place is a gem.

Absolutely love that they have take and bake pies. It's been so wonderful when they visit Independence. They're always very friendly and their pumpkin cheesecake pie was also delicious!

Just found out about this place when I visited their food truck at the CALF. Loved their frozen mocha and my daughter loved their chocolate ice cream. :)

I just wanted to pass on some advice for the owners. Look across the street at DQ and you’ll see one business kicking the tar out of you. Why? Because you don’t have seating and they do. Your ice cream is better than DQ’s, but if people don’t have somewhere to sit down and enjoy their ice cream, they’re not going to give you business. Best of luck. We’ll be back when you have somewhere to sit down.

Excellent, high quality ice cream - we shared 3 flavors between us and every one was delicious. Mud pie, blackberry, butter pecan. We highly recommend Rose's.
