Rose Hill Inn

Driving up to this beautiful property is breathtaking. I reviewed their website prior to booking and it's up to date and provides just what you want to see in a well planned look book. Choosing a room was difficult, they are all gorgeous in different ways. We stayed in the King Suite. A beautiful large room with a King bed, fridge, snacks, soda/water/seltzer, a stunning bathroom with a very large shower. It was so quiet especially at night! We could not hear any other guests which is delightful. The entire property is stunning inside and out. It's clean, very well maintained and super quiet! Service was wonderful. We arrived at 4pm, Sean was outside greeting guests and offering assistance with luggage. He assisted us while we typed the digital code into the massive and beautiful fro

We were looking for a bed and breakfast and found this sweet little spot! We love Kentucky and wanted to spend our 20th wedding anniversary there. It was a relaxing and wonderful stay. Everything was awesome! The breakfast both mornings was delicious. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The main house has a cottage and that was where we choose to stay. We loved how cozy the cottage was and how clean everything is in there. It was the best time and a great way to celebrate 20 years of marriage! 10/10 will recommend and we will definitely be back.

This was such a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Rose Hill Inn offers a cottage that sits behind the main house. We choose to stay in the cottage and absolutely loved it. It was very private, quiet , and cozy. They were many homey touches throughout the cottage. Everything was awesome! The breakfast both mornings was delicious. So charming!! My family and I stayed here in October and had such a pleasant stay. The rooms and the inn itself were so beautiful (and clean!). They made you feel like you were at home while being away, which was especially great as we were traveling with our two babies (one of who was sick during the trip). Location was very central to downtown Versailles and we were able to walk into town to the coffee shops, restaurants etc. Robin and her family really run a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My Wife and I spent a few nights here and had a perfect experience. We arrived very late at night after a long drive and had no issues with self check-in. There were beautiful flowers in our room waiting for us and the bed was incredibly comfortable omfortable. The towels and Robes were luxurious. The home was full of character and the food was delicious. Located within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. Excellent space to stay if you are planning to visit Woodford, Buffalo Trace, Four Roses or any of the other distilleries in the area. My only complaint is that we didn't have set aside time for a longer trip!
