Rosati’s Pizza

My 7-year-old daughter specifically asked for Rosati’s tonight, so we ordered two basic 12” cheese pizzas through DoorDash. After a long wait, the order was reassigned between three different dashers. The third driver contacted us and told us Rosati’s said the pizzas had already been picked up over an hour earlier. Since we clearly never received them, the driver asked if the store could remake the pizzas. She was told no, and that additional payment would be required. I then called the store myself and explained the situation: either the order was handed to the wrong person or a driver took it, but either way the customer never received the food. The response was that we would still have to pay again unless we came to pick them up ourselves. If I wanted to pick them up I would have done

Have been going to Rosati’s for over 20 years. Recently the pizzas haven’t been as good as in the past. They have a new manager now, Sarah, and the pizzas have been outstanding just like in the past. Looking forward to getting my pizza on Monday nights again!!

Your Piazza was recommended highly to me and I live close by. I do not eat much Piazza but will never order from u again. The vegetables were buried under a large bit of cheese. The cedar salad was nothing more than Romain and croutons. That is all. Not impressed at all and would not order again.

I’ve been coming to this location since it originally had the dining area. The staff now is strange. They used to have very good staff. I always order the pizza to be cooked well done and it usually is not. It’s either normal or undercooked. One time I was asked literally “is this done enough or what?” while showing me the pizza. I am glad they asked but what an aggressive way to do it. The main issue that really bothered me recently was when it took over an hour to get a single pizza for carry out. I arrived a bit early. They said 20 minutes. I came back 30 minutes later, they said another 20 minutes. It ended up being about 80 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I carried it out. Rosati’s has very poor customer service they do not treat their employees with any type of respect is very unsanitary no hands are being washed when preparing orders or wearing any type of gloves I have seen people go to the bathroom by being a driver for Rosati’s and go right to making pizzas. Multiple people have came back and have gotten uncooked pizzas, uncooked chicken, and all type of uncooked food was giving to these people. I would not recommend Rosati’s on Warner in Tempe AZ as a place to get Chicago style pizza and I’m embarrassed that it’s so bad because I’m from Chicago and I know how good Rosati’s can be but the Rosati’s on Warner in Tempe az is horrible.
