Rosati's Pizza

We like their thin crust pizza and order from them fairly regularly. This is the first time we ordered cannoli. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked one up and put it on a plate and the crust wasn't soggy like a lot of places are. That's kind of when it went South. The cannoli was maybe halfway filled. Check out the pictures. I peeled the top of the shell open. What you are seeing is half of the shell opened up. Disappointing. Edit 3/6/26 Change from two stars to one. So it got even better. My son went to grab the second cannoli from the same order. I warned him that there wasn't much filling in them. That one had been placed in the container with the seam side down. When he flipped it over the pastry part from the top of the cannoli was missing. Yep, about half of the pastry was gone

Rosati's really needs better oversight on their franchise owners. I got a lunch pepperoni slice and soda and this is the laziness location I've been to. They put pepperoni on an already made cheese and put it in the oven for just enough time for the pepperoni to be warm. Literally anywhere else would have made a pizza with the toppings on from the start. It's even on their advertising pictures. In addition to this the screens in the shop weren't on making it feel like they are not even open. The attendant was nice so good service. Won't be coming back

The delicious smells hit you as soon as you walk in the door! There is only a window bench seat for waiting, you can not dine in here but that is alright! My order was hot, fresh and ready for me when I got there, after paying, he bagged it for me and I was on my way! The portion size for the Italian sausage sandwich was HUGE! I would absolutely eat here again

Came in on my lunch break. Restaurant was nice and clean cashier greeted me took my order and made sure everything was correct. Very friendly service.
