Rosati's Pizza- Oro Valley

They appear to take pickup orders without an idea of their capacity if ordered on website. Pizza came out 25 minutes after promised (Super Bowl so missed some of game). $4 off given by manager didn’t really make up for inconvenience. As a former small business owner, I always appreciated feedback as I didn’t want customers to go away and not say anything; but rather give me the opportunity to correct the issue.

Oh, what to say about this place. It is a very sports pub-ish, and if you are looking for that atmosphere on a game day, you will love it. Also, very friendly service, although I am pretty sure that the wait-list for the next free table was not followed.Food is good, generous servings. The pizza looked amazing -- and, again, generous in serving sizes. I had to take a few stars off, not because of the place or food, but clientele who totally made up that their dog was a service dog. It is a shame to misuse the system like that, because it harms those who really need one. Also, shame that there is little that a business can do, other than just believe when someone clearly lies about things like this. 🤷‍♂️

Had pizza delivered to our hotel, fast and easy. Great pizza but not the kind of dough I prefer. The kind where you'll actually eat the crust. Just my take, I'd go 4.5 stars if it were an option here.

Ordered a pizza at 5pm online for pick-up. The web said 30 minutes. We arrived at 6pm. We were asked to sign a receipt and then said it wasn't ready yet. At 630, we went back up and they asked if we had signed a receipt. I told them that I had already signed a receipt and have been waiting since 6pm. They said they would check if it is in the oven. A woman told me she ordered her pizza at 5pm and was still waiting at 630pm. DO NOT GET PIZZA to go here. We are still sitting here waiting at 7pm with no idea how much longer we are waiting.

If you don't try this place, you will be missing out. Great flavorful pizza and pasta.. Robin our server was excellent. We would also recommend the canolas.
