Rosati's Pizza

I recently visited Rosati's and I have to say, this place truly delivers top tier pizza. From the moment you take your first bite, you can tell they use fresh ingredients. They shred their mozzarella in house and chop fresh vegetables every morning, and the quality really shines through. The Chicago style pizza is incredible. It is loaded with toppings and packed with bold flavor. Every slice feels hearty and satisfying, exactly what you want from a true deep dish pizza. The thin crust was just as impressive. We ordered the white pizza and the garlic oil had the perfect amount of flavor without being overpowering. It was balanced, crispy, and absolutely delicious. We were visiting Raleigh for a expo at Fairgrounds. This is almost 2.5 hours from home for us. Decided to make the drive to try the Chicago Deep Dish pizza after reading reviews. We were absolutely blown away by the friendly staff, fast service, and amazing food. We tried some thin crust and a Chicago Deep Dish. We were depressed driving home knowing we don't have anything that comes close to this place in our home area. The sauce used on the Deep dish is to die for. It is hearty and has a flavor unlike anything we have ever had. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

Sadia was SO nice and sweet to me and my friends and made us feel at home. We specifically wanted to visit Rosati today before we left back to Charlotte, NC. Sadia was so funny, welcoming, charming and her sweetness was infectious! (Also the deep dish was the best hangover cure ever!! So delicious)

Their Chicago-style deep dish is absolutely incredible — thick, cheesy, loaded with toppings, and baked to perfection. It’s rich, hearty, and everything you want in a deep dish. If you’re more of a thin crust fan, they nail that too. The crust is perfectly crisp with just the right amount of sauce and cheese — classic and delicious. And don’t skip the wings! They’re crispy, flavorful, and pair perfectly with the pizza. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, Rosati’s delivers consistently great food and that cozy, authentic Italian pizzeria vibe. Only wish they had a location closer to Fuquay Varina. The Davis dr location is the best in the Triangle. We are from Northern IL and there is a pizza place that is a Chicago Poser that is closer to us but Rosatis is worth the drive. Try the thin crust! Real Chicagoans eat thin crust! You won’t regret it.
