Rosati's Pizza

I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I arrived about 5 minutes before the quoted pickup time, and while the pizza was already ready, it was barely warm. The edges and bottom were overcooked, giving it a bitter taste, and it did not taste fresh. The texture felt more like reheated pizza than something just made. Even though it was thin crust, it was oddly doughy and chewy. Some toppings, like the olives, seemed like they had just been tossed on after baking. What concerned me most was the burnt parchment paper underneath the pizza—it was crumbling apart, sticking to the pizza, and seemed like it had been baked with it. This is completely unacceptable, and I ended up throwing away the rest of the pizza. Finally, seeing five star reviews from accounts with only one review make

Stopped into this establishment today for the 1st time. The girl at the front counter was VERY pleasant, helpful, professional. I didn't know what to expect when I asked for 2 slices. I couldn't eat the 2nd slice, brought it home to my wife. EVERYTHING about the slice was perfect. The dough was not under cooked nor over cooked it was PERFECT. The sauce was delicious, the cheese out of this world. I was EXTREAMLY pleased with my purchase. Thank you ALL for going above my expectations. I will return!

Reminds me of an old-fashioned Pizza joint. The service is always great and the cauliflower crust Pizza is delicious. It only comes in a ten inch, but I I swear I could eat two, that's how good it is. Beer is always nice and cold. A great place all around.

I don't like pizza. So when I see a deal for a slice and a drink when I'm good and HANGRY, I get roped in by the price, but I often pay dearly in time wasted, because the server grabs a congealed slab out of a cage and walks it over to an oven. I always regret my choice when that happens, especially as it's not really a meal I love. But not this time! I saw a $3 deal from my parking space when I needed a fast print job at Kinko's next door. They requested a Google review, but if I didn't like the food, I could leave a bad review and still get cheap eats.
