Dunkin'

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin’. I spent over $30 on food and drinks, and they still refused to give me a simple cup of tap water without charging for it. The bagels were rock hard, and there was barely any cream cheese on them — it felt like they were cutting corners wherever possible. On top of that, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, it felt overpriced, low quality, and not worth it. I won’t be coming back to this location. Not all Dunkin’s are created equal. Avoid this one at all costs.

1 star due to terrible service, poorly managed place. Originally closes at 11, now 10 BUT they really close at 930 cause the staff says they have to clean. (Doesn't work like that) Employee's do not shut lights off, don't turn off open sign, haven't changed hours of operation. If they are working an hour before closing employee's work really slow hoping people in line leave. I have waiting 20mins before being able to order my ice coffee. The original night shift guy was the best!

Charged me $10+ on the go, could not get my order because guy is sleeping in back, currently complaining to corporate trying to get my money back because the owner decided to remove my review and not refund my orders. Will never shop here again UPDATE -**still never got a refund**

Very polite and clean. No drive through. There is a smoke shop right next door. People stand there and smoke. Their filthy, stinky cigarette smoke blows right in your face.

The ladies behind the counter seemed to have a very hard time hearing all the customers. As my wife and I saw a lady angrily asking for her receipt and walking out, without her order. The labels on the cups were what we ordered, but can someone explain how a large and medium cup are the same size, but different prices?
