Rosa Negra Tapas & Tequila

We had the most amazing first experience here! Service and food was fantastic. We had some cheese dip for an appetizer. I tried the Chicken Poblano Pasta dish and it was amazing. My husband got the chuzo kabob and street corn and it also didn’t disappoint, but let me tell you what that Tres Leches changed our lives! It was 10/10. We can’t wait to come back and try the tacos and drinks!

Excellent experience! The restaurant is very clean, and service was amazing. We got seated quickly and the servers were very polite. The food was SO GOOD. I got the garlic shrimp and grilled chicken bowl, it was delicious, 10/10 experience

We went to Rosanegra for a casual date night. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. Our server, Julian, was friendly and very attentive. We met the owner, Adrian, who was also very friendly and checked on customers, throughout the evening. I absolutely loved the decor, very vibrant and fun. Music was playing but it wasn’t super loud. Can’t wait to return for one of their event nights.

I stopped in here for lunch. The atmosphere was very cute. The immediately brought chips and salza after I was seated. All the servers were very nice. The server suggested the samon. I ordered it to be cooked "medium " and I thought it was very good. That meal comes with salad and 2 sides. There wasn't many people here for lunch and the service was fast. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Laura was our waitress and she made our experience amazing , the atmosphere was very calm and welcome , the food was AMAZING zero complaints. All around an awesome spot that we will be frequenting more often.
