Lee's Southern Kitchen

Ok...so I ordered a couple of things to try for the 1st time at Lee's southern kitchen. I got the cheeseburger poboy w/ cajun fries, 6 piece breaded and fried wings w/ crab seasoning, w/ a side of hushpuppies and an order of boudin egg rolls w/ a side of remoulade sauce. Before I get into the food, let me just say that the customer service was very good and the place was nice and clean with the music at the right volume and the type of music that any age or race would enjoy to listen to. Now to the food..I choose the hamburger poboy because I'm from Washington DC, and alot of restaurants sell cheeseburger subs and they're DELICIOUS depending on where you go, so when I saw they had a cheeseburger poboy, I was excited to possibly have something that would remind me of my hometown. I loved everything! Seasoned well! Shrimp po boy, shrimp/crawfish pasta and mild wings fried crispy to perfection. Amazing food. 10/10. Don’t walk run!

The food was great! I don't always write a review but this time I had to. I placed my order online and along with the other food I ordered, I ordered 6 wings all flats. When I got back home I noticed that I did not receive all flats but it was no big deal, so I didn't give it a second thought. Some number kept ringing my phone and did not leave a message and I usually don't answer numbers I don't recognize, but I decided to pick up and it was LEE'S on the phone telling me they were going to refund my wings because they noticed they did not include all flats in my order. That was a pleasant surprise and a rarity in my experience for a business to reach out to me and make that much effort to correct a mistake. Great cajun food!!!! I don't eat at many cajun places because I'm normally disappointed, but this one was recommended by a trustworthy person and let me tell you....he wasn't wrong!! Shrimp Po'Boy was delicious and huge, shrimp falling out everywhere, as it should be!!! Wife had the Surf-n-Turf burger which was very nice!! 👌 The Boudin......It's Best Stop Boudin 🤷‍♂️ Top notch cajun experience!!!

Food was really good and they gave you plenty to have enough for leftovers! My wife had catfish, and they were very large portions compared to what we're used to getting from that other sea food place that is more expensive! So that was a very nice surprise!
