Absolutely Outstanding – Those Spring Rolls Are the Best in the World! I’ve been coming to Rory’s of Edmonds for years – it’s the perfect neighborhood spot with a lively sports bar vibe, friendly staff who make you feel like a regular, great drinks, and that awesome outdoor deck when the weather cooperates. The pub food is always solid (love the fish tacos and the French Dip), but recently I tried their spring rolls when they were running as a weekly special, and wow… they completely stole the show. Crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned and packed with fresh flavor inside, with a dipping sauce that ties it all together – these are hands-down the best spring rolls I’ve ever had anywhere. This is a busy and well managed restaurant. It has more of a bar vibe than a diner and the food somewhat confirms that. Service was fast and the food was better than average bar food but still missed its mark. If you're sitting on the patio, you can get really good beach and mountain views. On a good day you can catch amazing sunsets as well. Drinks were good and the server was friendly with prompt service.

Had my hubby’s birthday diner in there last week. You can seat yourself whenever you want we sat in the patio. The waitress was incredibly kind and helpful, she even suggested to take a picture of us at the sunset, that was so nice of her. The service was fast and the food was delicious and fresh! Relaxing atmosphere and beautiful views is all you need for a nice dining experience.

So glad I stopped here for lunch! Service was phenomenal, as was the food, and overall ambiance. Seating at the fireplace is fun and unique.

We went last night and loved it. My wife and I split a full rack of ribs and our son had the prime rib sandwich with au jus sauce. It’s our favorite place to go in Downtown Edmonds. I watched a little of the hockey game as well. Rory’s is our go to place. There’s also a happy hour that ends at 5pm if you feel like going early. I think it starts around 3pm-5pm.
