I am so glad I decided to stop into Root Down Nutrition today! It was my first time there and Jes, the owner, walked me through everything. She made me a DELICIOUS and filling high-protein smoothie, but more than that, she took the time to talk to me and care about me as a customer. The environment is very clean, decorative, and fun, making it perfect for meeting up with friends or connecting to the local community. I HIGHLY recommend Root Down Nutrition!!!

At 51 years old I finally figured out that I need to drop some weight and be more healthy. I was looking for a healthy smoothie alternative and that's when I found root down. I've never really been a fruit person but I have to tell you, I'm addicted to their smoothies! I've even tried flavors that I never liked and now I can't get enough. The owner is very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You feel welcome every time you come in. They have some really great deals on healthy drinks. I will be trying another flavor very soon. If I could give this place a hundred stars it wouldn't be enough.

My husband and I come regularly here. :) their drinks are always delicious, refreshing, comforting, and nutritious! Love it here! There’s something for everyone!

I LOVE it here! This is one of my favorite places to stop when I want a delicious shake (grab the Coffee Caramel Cool-er & thank me later 😉) and my favorite tea — the Unicorn! The space feels welcoming and homey, and I am in AWE of all the live plants! 🪴 And Jes is the BEST! My kiddos love it here too! Highly recommend Root Down Nutrition for everyone! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I just came from a workout and noticed that there was a nutrition store where I was driving. Perfect timing 😊 I believe I was talking to the store owner and my siblings were with me. We were welcomed right away and she was very patient with our crazy and endless questions. The drinks were delicious! She filled it to the top. This is the cookies and cream with chocolate whey protein. I don’t like chocolate drinks but this one I definitely recommend!
