Rachel Bakes Cakes

I ordered the smallest cake Rachel offers, as it was just for a small celebration, and it was so delicious that I wished I'd ordered a bigger one! My husband could not stop raving over how delicious the cake and buttercream were, and declared it was the best cake we've ever bought. Everything was so tasty, and not too sweet. The cake was decorated very nicely. Pick up and payment were a breeze. We'll definitely be ordering from Rachel again in the future!!

Rachel did such a great job on our cake!! I did a ton of research into who within the Twin Cities could do what I was looking for (pink vintage coquette heart cake with cherries), within a reasonable price. She was hands down the best in the area. Not only are her prices extremely great, her cakes are amazing! It tasted fantastic, and the cake was gorgeous. It was exactly what I was looking for and exactly what we had discussed, and even exceeded my expectations. Pickup was a breeze, payment was easy, and the whole process just seemed too good to be true! I would highly recommend going with Rachel for your next event. I can’t wait to use her services again sometime!

I ordered cupcakes for my baby girl’s first birthday party and it was kind of a late notice because I’d forgotten! I contacted Rachel only a week before, thankfully she was available. I told her the theme and felt bad that it was so last minute, so I wasn’t expecting anything crazy but wow did she deliver!! These are so incredibly cute for our One Groovy Baby theme and super delicious! Thanks again!

This is my fourth and fifth time ordering from Rachel. She is SO talented! My kids loved their themed cakes. My daughter got a unicorn cake, confetti with strawberry filling, and my son got a Dino cake, marble, with cookies and cream filling. Cutest cakes you have ever seen! And absolutely delicious. We ordered a ballet themed cake for our daughters first ballet recital. It was the most beautiful pink girly cake we could have asked for. In the chaos, we sadly forgot to take a photo! It was also super delicious. Way better than any other bakery cake I've had. We had a confetti flavor cake with raspberry filling. Im not ashamed to say I've been eating leftovers for breakfast. :) we already have plans to go back to Rachel for my children's birthday cakes. Thank you Rachel! You excel at what you do! UPDATE: We ordered from Rachel again for our "Irish twins", who turn 3 and 4 within the same week. Rachel absolutely delivered, I don't think I would ever go to another cake bakery again.
