Rooster's Glenside

Went here for a pre-show dinner. Even without a reservation, which we seemingly should have made theu still got us in amd seated quickly. Service was quick to get to us and get us started even though the place was packed! We started with an order of Fried pickles. Which to us were over battered and very heavy. We followed those up with wings and fries as our entre. The wings looked amazing and came out pretty quick. We do wings everywhere we go, and these left a lot to be desired. We found them to be very heavy with vinegar. Overpowering and hard to eat without dipping in ranch which I never do. The fries were simple and basic and likely the best part of our meal, which isn't saying much. The good: amazing service! Rachel our server was on top on everything, very attentive, and friendly to

Hubs and I shared the Handmade ricotta app with olive tapenade added in. It was really good and served with thick sourdough bread (sorry pic is of it half eaten!). Housemade Caesar dressing was so delish on my salad with salmon added to top. Hubs had ribeye cheesesteak and he said it was terrific. Had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time at the hostess stand waiting to be seated at 3:30 and it was not busy. Server was adorable and friendly. We will be back.

The food was great. The wings were awesome. Would definitely scoop some for a tailgate party. If you go please ask for Aneesa to be your waitress. She was AMAAAAZING!! Personable, engaging, polite, and all around awesome!!!

We had dinner at Roosters in early fall 2025 and were not impressed. We received a gift card at Christmas. This was a much, much better experience! Food was delicious! Fries were crispy. I love the chips and french onion dip...and will come back for that alone;) But the best part was our waitress, Kate. She made our experience fun. In this day a lot of servers do not know how to communicate well. That is not an issue with her. Great service and conversation. We will definitely be back!

Our 1st time visiting, the food was delicious! The wings, burgers, cheese curds were all very tasty!! My husband enjoyed a smokey old fashion, it was delicious. I had the bartender create me a caramel apple martini that was perfect! We'll be back for sure!!
