Rook Coffee

It was my first time ever ordering from rook to see what the hype is about. I order 1-2 coffees a day usually from Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks because I work full Time and am going to school part time for engineering. I ordered the wrong coffee on line because their naming system online is a little deceiving. I paid for a 10% tip prior to picking up the coffee. The coffee was supposed to be ready in 15 months and I showed up in 5 min. When I walked in I told them that I ordered the wrong item and my was my first time there and the lady at the register rudely responded, “well your coffee is already made so we can’t refund it.” I didn’t even ask for a refund at that point, I just told her that I ordered the wrong coffee. I really enjoy the coffee here and SOME of the staff.. there is one particular girl who works at the point pleasant boro location on bridge ave (she’s tatted everywhere with black hair) who comes off a little rude.. my aunt goes in there almost everyday to buy the same coffee and when she walks in, and the tatted girl sees her, it’s almost like she gets ignored on purpose. She will jump right to the next customer that walks in and asked if she can be helped. She does this quite often. I know this now because I wanted to see it for myself so I “pretended” to be a new customer. I let my aunt walk in first as she’s standing there waiting, the tatted girl immediately focuses her attention towards me and then another two customers while my aunt is just standing there waiting. Stopped by for the seasonal pumpkin cold brew - it was perfection! I ordered ahead on the app and my coffee was ready as soon as I walked in. Shop was easily accessible and clean. Big Rook fan and cannot recommend enough.

In New Jersey for the weekend had to stop for coffee at Rook coffee. Cold brew mocha style so good. Picked up a couple of bags of Sumatra dark roast.

This is my happiness in a cup! I'm obsessed! Never liked flavored coffee until I found Rook You have a customer for life. Plus the fact that your staff is amazing at the point pleasant store makes it that much better. Thank you
