Roma's Pizza & Restaurant

We did a pick up order for lunch. I ordered lunch and dinner for myself so my total was $37.82. My cheesesteak had very little sauce and pretty much no cheese. They put my sub and my onion rings in the same box and the meat was all over my onion rings which made them soggy. I had to add sauce and cheese to the sub. I called them to explain how soggy and messy some of my food was. Asked the manager for a refund for the sub and he told me I had to bring the sub back if I wanted a refund. So I did return it and he was a smartass. Told me to calm down. I told him I shouldn’t have to drive to their shop and return a nasty sub to get my money back. Obviously they lost a customer! As I was leaving he said “Bye” in a sarcastic tone so I gave him the finger. Not my best moment but I was hangry and

The pizza tasted ok. I purchased an extra large Hawaiian deluxe and was actually disappointed. I’m a hard person to disappoint. However, the pizza slices weren’t even sliced all of the way through and they weren’t very even or close to being even in size. Some were significantly larger than others which also yielded very small slices. Plus, all of the toppings were just dumped in the middle of the pizza and they weren’t spread out evenly. The sauce was bland. However, I will say that the pizza had a good amount of cheese on it. I try to support local businesses but I should’ve bought papa John’s instead.

Horrible horrible horrible pizza, uncooked and cheese taste so bad, they use to be great and we loved to go there but somehow now that pizza taste horrible, they change their cheese or what and uncooked, had to return the second pizza, I guess not all Italians knows how to make pizza, shame tho. You can see the flour so mushy and uncooked, never going back there that’s for sure. And their subs are worst than pizzas just for your information!!!

Food ordered through slice. Delivered 10 min early. Pleased with that. Food tasted good but everything that should have been hot was cold. My cheesesteak was slightly warm to the touch. Restaurant is only a mile and a quarter from our house. No excuse for this. Hope owners see they need to tighten up their ship and improve product they are putting out.

I order subs all the time but occasionally order manicotti. I called in a delivery order this time for manicotti which comes with salad and garlic bread. I asked for no olives, mentioning it three times. You guessed it, full of olives when it came. Also the salad was half the size as usual. It literally looked like they divided one salad into the two I ordered. I got my order in less than 30 minutes, which is one reason I order from them. My manicotti was warm but again, not as warm as it usually is. In that time frame it should have been warmer. I was very disappointed. I feel that something has changed and I really hope they get back to what they used to be.
