Roma Italian Bistro

Everything was so fresh and delicious. We had the greek salad, cheese pizza for the kiddos, cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce, and manicotti. The marinara sauce was absolutely delicious and the best we’ve had in Northwest Louisiana! We will definitely be back soon.

Went on a Saturday evening not many people there. Had the chicken Parm with a side salad . Chicken was tender and moist , a bit thinner than I am acustom to . The only downside is the sauce is way to sweet for my taste. Fresh rolls but plain not garlic. Waiter was great.

The service was excellent! I went alone at a very busy time and they still managed to get me a seat. I ordered the Caprese Salad and Linguine Genovese with added chicken and a fountain drink. I think my bill was like 50 bucks? The food was good, but pricey for what it was. Granted, I did get a lot per dish as the caprese was most likely a table dish. I took quite a bit to go and left happy. If you don’t mind shelling out some dough, this place is great!

For the last 2+ years this has been a mainstay date night for us, until now. The food is always “ok good” but second to the service, which is the main reason we kept coming back. Cameron was our server and he was great until he got a table of 12 and after that, we didn’t exist. We ended up having to ask for a manager to make our order right, because Cameron abandoned our table for a large party. The manager told us they were short staffed. Well if that’s the case, put a wait at the door so you can maintain good service. I’ve worked in the service industry for 15 years and have never stiffed a server. Cameron was the first. We will not return. Next time, we will visit the new bistro next door.

Fantastic food, good portions and interesting look. Enjoyed the salmon florintino, Henry glazed scallops and shrimp Alfredo, and the bread was fresh and tasty.
