Rollies Mexican Patio

We came here today since we were visiting Tucson and I want to say, I am coming back to Tucson just to eat at Rollies! We got some complimentary queso and chips and let me say, the queso was delicious, one of the best ones I’ve had. The birria rolled tacos were delightful, full of flavor and seasonings, mixed with the rojo sauce, it paired so well, it was a party on my taste buds! The carne dada fries are not your regular carne asada fries, these ones had some sauce and chopped green onions that accentuated the flavor. And the best part of all was the SERVICE. The guy that took our order and took our food to our table was so welcoming and so friendly and he is the one that recommended us the rojo sauce for the birria rolled tacos! Thus low key place is over the top on all categories. Now we all know they have been recognized and been awarded.... But they don't act like it. They still serve every customer just as great as there first when the originally opened. They are humble, polite, generous with the sauces lol. Definitely will be back

Food was very very salty. I love birria and found this spot on our visit to Tucson. The birria tasted as if they mixed old birria with a new batch. They advertise tequila but didn't have any on our visit just margarita mix that was pre-made. There was a family there and seemed as if they knew the employees few came over to talk to them but they had kids that were running in n out of the restaurant very loud. Kind of distracting. There really is no table service you order your food as you get there sit down and they bring tou the food but thats it. Wouldn't go back unfortunately.

My fiancé and I are visiting from Atlanta and wow, I'm genuinely sad to not have a Rollies back home! I have a severe shellfish allergy and I'm over the moon that this establishment was shellfish free on our visit. We shared a birria pizzadilla, chicken rollies and birria rojo cheesy and every bite left us wanting more - 5 stars all around. We got in for an early dinner at 5 pm on a Friday and enjoyed dinner on the patio as more patrons trickled in. The next time we're in Tucson, we'll definitely be stopping by again!

From out of town and was looking for a great lunch spot. This place was incredible and the food was amazing. Ordered street tacos and nana's tacos. Perfection! Wish we had one back home! Cool vibes too
