Roka Hula

Roka Hula absolutely nailed it. From the first bite to the last sip, everything we ordered was on point. Both bao buns were fantastic. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced. The tuna salad was fresh and clean, and the crispy tuna riceless sushi roll was one of those dishes you keep talking about after you leave. Creative, light, and packed with flavor. Cocktails were equally impressive, well crafted, not overly sweet, and clearly made with intention. A big shoutout to our server Luis. Attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and knew the menu well enough to guide us in all the right directions. Service like his makes a great meal feel effortless. Roka Hula is the kind of place you come back to not just for the food, but for the whole experience. Consistently excellent. We’ll definitel

Really solid Asian spot with a creative menu and great execution. The bao buns were excellent, and the Korean challah sandwich (brunch only) was honestly phenomenal and worth coming back for on its own. The ribs were cooked perfectly, and even the edamame stood out - tossed with garlic and a generous amount of parmesan, which sounds unexpected but worked incredibly well. We also tried a virgin version of the house tea with cherry and yuzu, and it was absolutely amazing and super refreshing. Service (Luis) was fast and very attentive without feeling rushed. Would happily come back and highly recommend!

We came on a Saturday around brunch and it was easy getting a table. The staff were awesome - friendly and helpful. We unintentionally started off with our favorite dish of the bunch - tuna crispy rice…had the best flavor profile. The other dishes were good too but didn’t compare to the tuna crispy rice.

Who knew this gem was in Delray, (Orlando too)! Not sure that I have visited such a unique & beautifully designed & decorated eating establishment like this one. The vibey tropical fabric booths & cherry blossom ceilings had me, as we perused the menu before entering. The dishes were so savory, each one that we ordered. The ramen was a favorite. I chose eggplant side with fried rice & it was hula heavenly! Fun fact, & not surprising, the operators also own Calavera's, which I visited & reviewed in Jupiter. Highly recommend!

I had such an amazing time visiting on October 11th. Me and my best friends visited for the first time and everything was great. The food was great, the service was great. I would definitely come back for both. Melissa was so gracious and her attention to details was one of the best I’ve experienced in a restaurant. May I also add the environment was great. That extended from the entrance and all the way to the restrooms. 10 out of 10.
