Poblano South

Incredible smash burgers, true to the name. I had the chorizo burger, and my friend had the Wagyu burger. Both were so delicious. Also highly recommend ordering the tallow fries, they give you a lot for only five dollars, and they are so crispy. Honestly, the best Smashburger I’ve ever had.

Saw the booth at the Boca farmers market earlier today and tried the Chorizo smash burger. Only waited about 5 minutes and the burger was so tasty!! 😋

Breakfast sandwiches don’t have to be boring — and you definitely won’t find a boring one at Poblano South. This was my second visit, and both times the sandwiches were outstanding. The eggs are scrambled perfectly fluffy, the chorizo and sausage are well-seasoned and full of flavor, and the poblano sauce adds a beautiful mild heat with a smoky roasted depth that ties everything together. You can taste the care in every bite. This is an independent chef making food with love, and it shows. If you’re looking for a breakfast sandwich that actually has personality, do yourself a favor and support this local spot.

We absolutely love Poblano South smash burgers! We look forward to it at every green market we attend and have even ordered pick up from their physical location in Delray located at Lake Ida & Congress! No other smash burger has ever come close. We gave up trying to duplicate the experience anywhere else! A must have treat!

Now that is a tasty burger! We ordered both the chorizo blend and the waygu. Wow! Both were well put together with a very nice balance of flavors. Fries are super crispy, salty and tasty. Hash browns too, super good crunch. The location is a bit weird, two tiny bench tables by the window, crammed into an odd food hall.
