Rococo Ramen

This place was great!!! We were seated and attended quickly - we were a party of 3 - and the food came out pretty quick too!! As an appetizer, we ordered the 6pc gyozas (first photo) which were great!! The pork had a nice but subtle flavor and the dipping sauce was very flavorful!! ❤️ The little plates they brought were cute too!! Then, they brought the ramen out. (Second photo) Bowl #1 is the Chicken Pho-Men w/ spice level 2, bowl #2 is the “Chef’s Favorite” Shoyu Ramen w/ no spice, and bowl #3 is the Spicy Miso Ramen w/ level 2 spice, replace pork chashu with chicken chashu. I ordered the Shoyu ramen and it was amazing!!! 🥹💗 The flavor was so rich and perfect!! Also, this is the first bowl of ramen where I actually feel like the pork chashu was good!!! My wife and I came here to grab lunch since we were already in the plaza picking up food at another place. We came before the lunch rush so they were able to sit us quick. My wife and I came here before when they first open. Finding parking in the small plaza is a hit or miss so just be aware of that. Our server was Jenny and we thought she was good but the service was just slow. It wasn't even lunch but I think they only had 2 waitress working and they were kind of busy already because it was a cold rainy day. My wife got the Spicy Miso Ramen at level 3 with chicken. I got the Chef Favorite Shoyu Ramen at level 3 spiciness. My wife also got her milk tea which she loves here. We thought our ramen soup was okay but it wouldn't be our go to place for ramen.

This is by far the most delicious and absolutely the most authentic Japanese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at!!! Absolutely wonderful and incredibly delicious! I’ve eaten at all kinds of high end Japanese restaurants before, just so I can chase down that flavor but was left disappointed every time! Fortunately, this is the first time I was NOT disappointed after trying out a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles!! Rococo Ramen is truly a gorgeous gem! Deliciously authentic, the flavors belonged to genuine Japanese cuisine, and it took less than 4 minutes for all three dishes to come out. Perfectly portioned, every bite was honestly to die for. Pleasantly surprised with how the good the Chashu Pork Buns were. 👌🏼 The ramen was also flavorful. I found that the Tonkotsu ramen was too rich for my taste, but the Chashu was fatty. We liked the Shoyu better, but the Chashu included was very lean, so it feels like we missed out on the fat. Atmosphere was okay. Not a lot of people around 5pm. It was a bit dark though. Overall, love the food and will come back!

Such an incredible place. Top quality flavor, service, and extremely chill place to be at. Definitely a must have if you live or are visiting the area.
