I’ve been going to Furn Saj for a few months now, and my kids absolutely love it! Their warm manaeesh (zaatar or melty cheese), cheese bites (fatayer), kibbeh, and lahm b’ajin are all incredible. I usually eat keto, and I’ve enjoyed their babaganoush, labneh, and a la carte BBQ — all delicious. We even catered my kids’ joint birthday party with their food — mini manaeesh, lahm b’ajin, fatayer, kibbeh, tabbouleh, and hummus — and everything was a hit! Guests couldn’t stop raving, and there wasn’t a single bite left. I was thrilled to find they offer keto flatbreads, so I didn’t feel left out. The owners and staff are warm and welcoming, the shop is spotless and beautifully designed with charming cultural touches, and there’s plenty of parking (plus Trader Joe’s nearby — bonus!). We have been to this restaurant 3 times; we go whenever we head to Socal from Vegas. The food the first 2 times we went were excellent, but this past trip was average. They gave us a couple of old case items and the impossible pizza didnt seem to have as much seasoning. We always get a plate(huge portions), the spicy tomato flatbread, and some case items. Love the hummus and babaganoush. Overall it's a great plantbased option.
Good food, quick service. The place was nothing fancy but it was clean presentable. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The food portions were very generous and delicious. I live about 50 miles from here but if I'm ever back in town, I'll definitely visit again!
3 vegans and we're all VERY satisfied. We got 2-#40, 1 falafel salad. All came with Lebanese bread. Sides were tabouli/humus/salad. We asked for some zatar which was better blend than others. Tahini sauce was white, greasy like coconut fat, not tasty like tahini that we know. Rice, chick'n and tabouli were all delicious-lemon forward, great spices. Portions are very large. Small cafe environment. Prices are reasonable for the large portions.
Nice egg boats and pizza. I also ordered the Chicken shawarma sandwich. Very tasty and lots of takeouts.
