Excellent all around. The food was too notch. The owners and cooks were all so proud and excited to share food they are clearly passionate about. The jerk chicken was the star of the show for me, but the stew was also killer. If you love spicy food, can actually handle it, , and a call ahead, you can even ask for your food Jamaica hot and get a true dose of Scotch bonnets in all their glory. When we came in they were jamming to some music, which they were happy to let us turn down to a level where we could still talk. 5/5. Will be adding to our regular restaurant rotation.

Food was on point. I had the curry goat, jerk chicken, festival and I tried their home made jerk patty. My husband is from Jamaica and has tried a few spots around Sacramento area and so far this is the best one he says. We also enjoy the vibes and atmosphere, very friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

It’s nice to have a Jamaican restaurant near by. My husband and I had dinner here and the food was really good. The Rasta Pasta was a bit over cooked but the curry goat and jerk chicken wings were delicious. We understand that they just opened the so we’re sure they’ll decorate the place nicely in time. However, the service was great and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks so much for the awesome dining experience.

First time trying oxtails and they were delicious! Lots of savory sauce & tender meat. The rice & peas were good and had some of that oxtail sauce. The fried sweet plantains were very good as well. Big portions. Also had the sea moss mango juice that was refreshing.

Good authentic Jamaican food when you're away from home. I had the jerk chicken/steamed cabbage/fried dumplings/fried plantains/patties/kola champagne...everything was delicious 😋
