Plenty of parking, shade, disability parking, and quiet grounds with a lovely waterfeature.- small flock of local Canada geese included. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Quiet, clean, plenty of seating options ,both for study, snd relaxation, and a nice varied inventory. But Heaven help you if you need a private study room, the upstairs room cannot be reserved, It's 1st come, 1st served, with No time limit. Essentially, someone parks in there at opening, and doesn't leave until closing; you are out of luck. Is this true all through Placer county? Because Sacramento libraries allow study and group room reservations and in blocks of time.

Very pleasant & helpful, got me the book I wanted & notified me. The 2-story building is pretty new & has both stairs and an elevator. Landscape with a water features is relaxing and serene.

Beautifil landscape. A pond with fountains. A place to park and lock bike. Plenty of parking space. Wheelchair accessible. After entering there's a used book store to the right. Also upon entering is signage hanging above for book subjects indicating which floors. Just past that is the Librarians help desk. Courteous and warm welcomes. Easy to obtain library card at front desk. Public Computer stations (bout 6) close to entrance to the left, and require library card for usage. Tables for personal Laptops. Printer area across from front desk, requires dollars or coin for prints and front desk accepts ATM & credit card payments also. Many book subject sections. Plenty of couch like and chairs for reading. Small tables & chairs for kids & coloring to keep them busy. Restrooms and water foun

Huge first floor dedicated to children and young adults. The train table is back! My two year old was engaged while my five year old picked out books. Perfect set up for an afternoon trip with both kids.
