nate was amazing, such good hospitality and customer service. he was super nice and patient, let us try so many flavors and gave us his personal favorites. and absolute banger ice cream flavors! miso pumpkin, chai, and cookie monster in my 3 flavor flight. chocolate brownie and caramelized banana in my bf’s cone.

Best ice cream I have ever had! The waffle cones are made to order and delicious. Their ice cream is made from locally sources ingredients.

Decided to come to Rock Salt Milk Bar to study and thought it would be good to just buy something since I was using the space and wifi. The icecream is good so I thought the quality of all items would be the same. I was wrong. I ordered a hot chocolate ($4) and it was very bad to say the least. I don’t usually post bad reviews on local businesses but my cup was only HALF full. It was probably 5 sips of hot chocolate and I know I didn’t pay $4 for nothing. The staff seemed to be having trouble with the machine, but I don’t see that as an excuse. When the staff member handed me the cup, it felt empty. And then it also tasted bad too. It was poorly mixed and tasted dusty like the powder was old or something. Very disappointing and would not have spent $4 if I had known it would be that bad. A

This is a great, locally sourced, and in-house made ice cream. Their wait-staff are very friendly and willing to make suggestions while providing very quick service. The waffle bowls and cones were also being made fresh throughout the day, which is not as common as it used to be. The ice cream flavors are spectacular and they have nice substance with chunks of cookie/cobbler/candy or whatever well blended throughout. The base doesn't leave a pasty feel in the mouth and doesn't require a lot of water to cleanse the palate, though you might need some for a little washing up.

Great ice cream place on the east side of PTC. The ice cream is made in house here. Lots of good flavors to choose from. They get the ingredients from locally sourced places. Overall great ice cream spot with very friendly employees!!
