Rock N Roll Sushi

It’s been a minute since I’ve been up there but today didn’t disappoint!!! Staff was friendly, establishment clean, music was perfect, not too loud not too low where you couldn’t hear hear it and still have a conversation. Presentation of food was on point! Very proud of the BOH staff. Jeremiah amazing presentation on sushi. Sorry didn’t get the new cook on hibachi but made my food to order as I don’t do veggies. Thank you Haley our server and Kevin who was assisted her and kept the restaurant going.

My sushi craving led me to Rock N Roll Sushi - Hot Springs, AR, and I didn’t even realize they run a Sunday special. Buy a Headliner Roll and get a Classic Roll free and my total came out to about $15 before tip. I went with the Jailhouse Roll (a fried roll loaded with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, crawfish, spicy mayo, eel sauce, and crunchy flakes on the left) plus a salmon roll (with spicy mayo and eel sauce on the right). The atmosphere was great and our server was very attentive. The sushi had great flavor HOWEVER the rice was very overcooked and was practically a paste. You would not be able to identify any grain of rice, the sushi looked as if it was rolled in a sheet of white mush. With rolls that are 15-16+ dollars I expected better

Love rock n roll sushi! First time I’ve been disappointed! Service was awesome! My (alcoholic drink) crown and sprite double twice had gnats in it. The greatest hits platter was gummy and almost hard to swallow aside from the tuna roll. The appetizer sampler was yum tho! The hibachi trio w an extra side of fried rice was also gummy rice over cooked filet, veggies and shrimp were ok. Sad because this is my favorite place to eat but it was for the first time very disappointing! Our waitress was super sweet though! And food was fast 🙈
