Phenomenal Staff. Excellent Food. Exceptional Drinks. A Cuban Restaurant with a small town setting. An establishment that makes you feel like you walked into a Cuban family dinner night. Nothing but smiles and warmth. Megan is unbelievable. She somehow can wear the hats of Bartender, waitress and bus girl all at the same time without lacking in service or friendliness. Puts a smile on our face every time we walk in to see her lovely smile and greeting. Come in sit down and try something you’ve never had before and just try not to enjoy yourself.

Awesome Cuban restaurant with great drinks! The Mojito was top notch and the selection of local beers was impressive. Food was great starting with Ropa steak and Plantain then two pork BBQ tacos and the Cuban sandwich. These may be the best Cuban rice and beans I have ever had. We will definitely come back!

I love this local spot with carribean flare. We love coming to this local restaurant and wine and enjoy running into old friends. In the winter the bar area is very cozy and in the summer the patio is fantastic. The food and cocktails are excellent.

Our favorite place in Rochester and so worth the 30 minute drive! Great patio area, fun atmosphere, great staff and the most delicious, authentic food you'll find. I also appreciate their commitment to local breweries. 100% recommend Uncorked to anyone!

Every item we have had is absolutely delicious! You cannot go wrong with any order. Love the local beer on tap options. Seriously, best margarita in the area. The service and atmosphere is comfortable and friendly.
