Rivers Edge Grill

My wife and I have stopped here a couple of time when traveling through the area. They have a huge menu and the food is very good. Be prepared, the portions are made for those that are big eaters.The staff has always been very polite and punctual. We're making this a must stop when we are in the area.

We really like their new building and atmosphere. We go about once a month now. We've been here for multiple Sunday brunches, including their Easter Brunch. It was really busy and they kept everything clean and stocked well. We've also enjoyed their prime rib special that they have on Saturday evenings. My picture is half of their king cut, which my wife enjoyed the other half. I also added the lobster tail, which was fantastic! We enjoy bringing different friends here for their first time.

A friend of mine & I drove over to experience the food as I've heard some good things. I really liked the looks of the menu, lots of choices. I had the French dip hoagie & fries and my friend had the Chicken bacon ranch pizza. The hoagie was just ok, meat a little dry & aus juice was just so so. The pizza was delicious. I'll have to make another trip to try other things to see if I can give it a higher rating.

Nice 19th-hole atmosphere with daily specials and an afternoon happy hour. The server had her hands full as the only one in the dining room today but she did well. I had their hangover burger which is a 1/3 or 1/2 lb patty, bacon, egg, bourbon BBQ sauce and peanut butter. They let you order the patty and egg to order, which I liked. Fries are crinkle fries. Tasted fine; nothing special. All in all, I'd go again!

We have gone there five or six times and haven't landed a meal we enjoyed yet. Example: the fish comes with salad bar. Great! But the ranch and tartor sauce have buckets of dill in them. They have a different breading for their fish but I think the fryers were to hot and fish was hard. Before, we tried burgers and they were crispy. Way overdone. Tried breakfast buffet and things were soggy, mashed potatoes sticky, bacon broke to pieces after biting into it. Another time ordered the steak sandwich and it didn't come with what it said on the menu. The waitress looked at and apologized and walked away. Very much disappointed since it's so close to where we live. They also seem to short staffed - usually one staff to the floor. While one person cleans off tables. Oh - and no cell service insid
