Best bagels I have ever had! They were soft, filling and they gave a decent amount of cream cheese. The price was also really good.

Authentic Italian Bakery in Amsterdam, NY. Fresh breads, rolls, bagels, cookies and more. They are open Thursday thru Sunday 7:30 to 2. There was so much to pick from i had a hard time choosing. I already sampled the cookie and the pepper biscuit!

Driest cookies this side of Amsterdam. Bills itself as a spot to get good bagels and a location where you can buy Cookies from Brooklyn cookies, and I love baked goods so I had to give it a look. The hours for this place are a bit wonky, only a few days of the week and not for very long. But luckily I had a day off. Right off, this place, is a closet. You walk inside and it is about the size of a walk-in closet, some shelves with cookies line both sides and the back had the register manned by a guy who will also prepare your bagel if you get one. I wasn't here for a bagel however, so I was checking out the cookies and while there another customer came in to get something and it was immediately crowded. This isn't a bakery. They just sell baked goods. Mediocre baked goods. Smelled like dirty mop water in there. If you gave this place a good review you have low standards.

Stopped here for the first time today to check it out. Decent selection of cookies and baked goods. A variety of bagels for sure (they even have rainbow bagels 😁). The bagels looked delicious so had to try one for myself. Let me tell you it was the best bagel I have ever had. Purchased an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and it was indeed EVERYTHING. The person I was with purchased a Ham and cheese hero which I also tried and it was also delicious, the bread is phenomenal. I wasn't even going to post this because I want to keep the bagels to myself 😆. Owner is very kind and attentive to the customers needs.The only downside I experienced was the hours of operation when I tried to go yesterday (which the man is actively trying to remedy by recruiting more workers)😊 Go get a bagel! y
