Had this coffee at CP's restaurant they made a fresh pot and oh my goodness it was absolutely delicious!! Can't wait to buy myself some to brew at home! ❤️
I got a bag of the medium roast whole beans. I’ve french pressed three servings now and they have taken the top for me. A proper balanced and well-rounded flavor profile. I look forward to many more pours!
We have been ordering coffee from Capital City Coffee Roasters for over a decade, ever since we discovered that we could order directly from them rather than going through the local coffee shop. We love the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, a very dark and smooth brew that makes the national brands so mediocre in comparison. As we now are bicoastal, we are extra grateful that we can always get our coffee delivered wherever we are located, whether it's NY or CA. Every single time there has been a mix-up with address or whatnot, this exemplary company has always sent another order at no extra charge (you can charge me again - we eventually always get it!). Our friends on both coasts laugh at us for being so obsessed with Capital City Roasters... until they try it. Then they also love it! We have n
I like to think of myself as a coffee connoisseur. I love my coffee! I’ll try coffee throughout the Capital district and Saratoga fairly often. I always check to see where the coffee came from. Especially if it’s very very good. With consistency from place to place and with each cup, the best coffee, hands down, comes from a place called Capital City Roasters. They distribute far and wide. You can also buy it on their website. Which I do. The coffee is consistently amazing each and every time. Worth the effort to find some for yourself.
I have no idea why this company chooses to roast black coffee, manufacturing it at almost midnight for the whole city almost of Gloversville to completely smell that burnt popcorn smell. It's disgusting. Some of us have to work in the morning and my sinuses are completely jacked all because your company decides to do this on a weeknight. If you live in the Gloversville area, this company may have the best practices, or whatever but as far as the atmosphere, it's atrocious, no kind of thinking goes into maybe not making people inhale that stench.
