The oysters we're really good especially this squeeze lemon and a shot of tobacco. I didn't care for the bread it was soggy. I prefer a stal crostini, it's able to absorb all the liquid from the oysters. If you like me as you're waiting you notice the waiter bringing other people food and it looked the bomb.. So I recommend this place

I’ll start with the service—fantastic. Everyone was incredibly personable and took care of me like my momma would have. The food was amazing. I’m usually skeptical of hotel restaurant food, but wow… this completely exceeded my expectations. You wouldn’t even need to leave the hotel to experience authentic Cajun Louisiana cuisine. You’re truly blessed if you’re waited on by Ms. Katy, Mr. Brian, or Mr. Topher. Outstanding experience all around.

Good place to try. Husband steak needed to be cooked again but they corrected it and the waiter was amazing name Tofer!

Customer service was decent for the most part. I would recommend updating the restaurant open hours online and/or the hotel staff as well; the restaurant opening time and our arrival didn’t align. The gumbo tasted a little burnt and was extremely thick..almost “out of the jar” thick. Nothing really to write home about honestly. Would I return? Probably not.

Traveling from Florida and stopped in baton rouge to eat and chose this amazing restaurant. Service and food was impeccable and I along with the family was impressed! 10/10 good portions, fast, friendly, just down right delicious food! Thank you Christopher for the amazing experience.
