Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Since Rita’s opened up, I wanted a good desert from a meal. I accidentally had my card locked and a very patient clerk named Juan wasn’t rushing or getting visibly annoyed. Thank you, Juan, for showing me what good customer service looks like, ;)

The attitude that girl has when it comes to serving customers is terrible. Today, April 15th at 2:10 in the afternoon, the one who is working, if you don't want to work, go home. I told her to make me one with ice cream on top and not on the bottom. She made it and threw it away. She made a new one and threw it down and on top. No, it wasn't what I asked for. She did it reluctantly, ignoring me when we told her. Terrible.

love this location. they just allowed me to place an order on the phone 1 minutes before closing (meaning I wouldn't be there for it until 15 minutes after closing). As everyone knows it is very often the little things that make such a huge difference. My son had just done his debut performance for his Middle School play and I had all three of my kids with me and this was just the literal cherry on top of such a great night. I have so much appreciation for people that brighten others days, especially when they do it without any obligation to whatsoever. Thank you rita's! (sorry for spelling) but thank you Angelie and Kelly!!!

Let me tell you, every employee at this place goes out of their way to, well, go out of their way for you. A lot of times when you're like a main store that Uber eats and all the delivery apps route people to they don't even answer the phone, but this store always answers the phone and they're always so cheerful to handle whatever bizarre request I have that day.

Rita’s has great water ice. Their ice cream is delicious too. Their facility is always clean and friendly. I enjoy going there!
