Delicious food! You have to try their ribs! The barbecue beans with brisket was excellent as well. We topped off our meal with homemade blackberry cobbler. Give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.

Not too salty, not too sweet. You can certainly taste the tallow. I'm excited to come back and try all!

Excellent bbq!!! The pulled pork sandwich was delicious and packed with meat. The ribs were extremely meaty and seasoned well. The bbq sauce was a red based sauce that I've never had before, it had a great flavor and went well with the meat. The Mac and Cheese was cheesy and had a great consistency, exactly what you would want/expect from homemade. The sweet potato fries were also good, could've used a touch more salt, but that's just my taste. I like that they are made with tallow rather than some inflammatory oil. They also give wet naps with your order which is a plus if you're eating there or in the car. The price is great for the amount of food that is given and the high quality. I will definitely be going back to try some other things on the menu.

The brisket sandwich was off the hook , tender, juicy, moist, nice smoke flavor. Melted in your mouth like butter ! No sauce needed, but had a nice flavor. Sweet potato fries are also good.
