Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This place is AMAZING. This location has new flavors every day, which means their product is always fresh. The frozen custard is the best custard in the state. It is a silky smooth texture packed with so much flavor. I ordered a 5 layer mango gelati (mango Italian ice and frozen custard layered together), and it was amazing. Definitely a must try for everyone, and I will be returning to try all the flavors of ice. This is my new spot for dessert this spring and summer. My wife ordered a coffee drink, and she is now obsessed. This place was super clean, and the staff was unbelievably friendly and asked if we wanted to try any flavor as soon as we walked in the door. First time here and customer service was awesome! The custard is delicious. Got the mango Italian ice and woah!! Tastes like eating a mango. Finally a step up from Dairy Queen. Definitely been missing new desserts places to try

Love to have some east coast Rita’s downriver! The flavor rotation is great and will always keep you on your toes. And the owner and staff are so friendly. They are always making recommendations, answering questions, and serving up samples with a smile no matter how long of a line. Will go back all summer long!

We love Rita’s! Some weeks we have gone 4 times. I love the rotating flavors of ice and custard. My favorite is the Florida orange and all varieties of cherry. I love the little bits of fruit pieces in there. All employees have been helpful and very nice. We are so glad you came downriver!

Best place I've ever eaten. The custard is amazing. I can't wait until February when they open for the season again :)
