Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Small portions, big prices. Go literally anywhere else. Total rip off, I got a misto and a twist in a waffle bowl, $15. Portions tiny. What a joke

Delicious, I love this place. The horchata ice is absolutely amazing!!! I wish the prices were more fair but the staff and quality are fantastic.

This is a always very busy Rita’s for the area. So they are losing money when they hire incompetent workers. Which seems to be a Trend. We pulled up. Multiple cars are waiting. No one knows if the store is open. I walk up, I have to knock on the Window as the girl is watching TV. She barely wants to take my order. She said they don’t have kid cups and I needed to order a small or large for my kids. Then she asked my order 2 more times. (It was just chocolate custard) She then came back with the smallest amount of ice cream. I ordered a large cone for myself. She came back with a kids size cone. I honestly don’t care about getting less food.. helps me honestly. But it’s the fact that I paid for more I should get it. I didn’t say anything because it’s just a kid. I smiled and said have a nic

I love Gelati's. I was just at this establishment yesterday. I'm very happy about my items. I was a lil throw off by the girl who served me. Whenever I receive a tip, I'm always showing my appreciation, that's just how I am and how I was raised. My desert came out to like $10 and I gave her close to $5 for a tip, I got crickets, absolutely nothing, not a ty, a smile, just a cup that was only half full and if that's a large then the sm must be a bottle cap. It's not going to keep me from going back, but I was just shocked is all.

Very accommodating, friendly, clean and nice selection. My toddler is lactose sensitive so it's great for going for "ice cream." Employee went and looked to assure no milk, which I appreciated but didn't request. It was just sweet of her! He appeared to really enjoy the "Unicorn' flavor...(tasted kinda like strawberry cotton candy). Overall very nice outing with the fam.
