Came here yesterday to get something super simple notarized and i Don't remember the ladies name who works there but she refused to notarize what I needed done, had me come back with the 2 witnesses I needed and then still refused to do it even though it Says on their website they will notarize the type of paperwork i needed done. Very rude and will never go back here for anything ever. Reading the comments I'm not the only one who had this experience with her either. Went to another place and had no issues at all

Jesse is absolutely the best!!! I can't say enough positive things about him. He is professional, efficient, extremely helpful and super nice. I had a somewhat complicated situation and had called several places looking for information but Jesse was by far the most patient and helpful person I spoke to. He explained things thoroughly on the phone and made our experience in the office very pleasant and comfortable. This is the first time I used Frank Van's Auto Tags and I would not go anywhere other than here in the future. Fair pricing and outstanding service. Highly recommend!!!

Wow! Very impressive! Vanessa was so personable, knowledgeable and professional, she made my experience quick and easy! Definitely knows all the forms, laws and required paperwork! All this while friendly, informative and courteous! 5 Stars plus, plus plus! Will never go anywhere else.
