Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Typically when going to places like this teenage employees aren’t well trained and friendly. My experience at this Rita's was fantastic. Last Saturday the three teenagers working were very welcoming and friendly and made good conversation! Great experience.

When I came in with my two kids they were in a sullen mood after losing their baseball game, one of the employees showed compassion and offered them a sticker of their choosing! Great service along with treats! Will definitely come again!

This Rita’s is awesome! I took around a dozen to two dozen campers from a summer camp here almost every week. The service was fast and the water ice and custard were fresh and declious! Highly recommend supporting this business!

My empty cup says it was amazing!!! Service was excellent and greeted politely. Served quick and ate my delicious custard even faster!

Worst Rita’s ever. They are INSANELY slow, and completely messed up our order resulting in a $8 refund. If it’s an employee’s third day, don’t leave them alone on register. If there is a massive line and slow service AND THE MANAGER IS IN THE BACK, maybe the manager should be assisting. Never returning sticking the Frazer or West Chester location.
