I visited on opening day, so hiccups are to be expected. I'll update my review when I visit on a normal business day. The ordering process was clunky. If you order from the app you get reward points, but ordering from the kisok the only way to get those points is if you pay with a credit card linked on the app. I don't connect credit cards to apps, so I didn't get any points for my order. There were at least 10 managers/corporate employees in the store, 3 of them came over to the kiosk I was ordering on and couldn't find another way. I ordered the seasonal Cajun Shrimp Wrap, I swapped out a couple ingredients and added some lemon juice. The flavors tasted really good. I very much appreciated that the shrimp was deveined and cooked well. The wrap was a bit messy. I ordered it for "here",
