Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This location ( the cashier Jake in particular) very horrible service!!!! Not only was I not greeted upon me ordering. He served me 3 pretzels that were so hard. It would have broke my tooth if I tried to bite it. Then had the nerve to have an attitude because I asked for a refund and the original receipt ( which I never received). Didn’t even attempt to offer me fresh pretzels. Seems to me that he needs to find another line of work because customer service is not his strong suit.

I ordered a gelati and it was fine but they barley added any custard on it, they might as well have just given me a regular Italian ice.

Ordered an Italian flight and a Mango Gelati. The water ice arrived fast. However, the flight was completely missing and the gelati was the wrong size and flavor. I called the store and they said that there was nothing they could do about it. No offers or accommodations to fix the issue. I wouldn’t order delivery from them.

5 stars for the water ice but 1 star for the service. I went at 830 (they close at 9) and there worker acted like I was inconveniencing her by making her stop washing dishes to take my order. She was very rude.

Always nice to have a cool treat when it's hot outside. Rita is my go to for such.
