Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Just went tonight and if my children had not had their hearts set on Rita's we would have left! Trisha was so rude to the 2 families ahead of us and us too. She went as far as rolling her eyes at my son when he ordered his milkshake. Was not greeted with Hello how may I help you she straight up said what do you want? Seriously? Worst Rita's experience ever we are local and will not be back to this establishment. I am a firm believer you never know what battles people are facing but she had no clue what any of us were going through either. Do Better Trisha!

recently took my family to Rita’s for ice cream, and we were blown away by the experience! The two young ladies working (Natalie , not sure the others name) were extremely helpful and kind, making sure my kids got exactly what they wanted. Everyone left happy with their delicious treats, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Great job, Rita’s team! We’ll definitely be back.

I love going to the rita’s in Rehoboth Beach Delaware. They are always so polite and welcoming. They always make my order perfectly. Everytime i go im welcomed back by friends and treated just so great. Best rita’s around , five out of five stars.

KJ provided great service in our first visit to Ritas in Long Neck! Even got us signed up for the rewards program and gave us samples of a new cherry flavor. The desert was very good! We will be back!
