Tasty Italian ice and custard, with so many options to choose from! Staff is really friendly. Per her recommendation I got half cherry and half green apple Italian ice, and really liked it! They rotate certain flavors every day, so the flavor I originally was wanting they didn’t have. You can visit their site to see what flavors are available each day. Stopped by to get Italian ice for my buddy who has diary and gluten allergy while making an ice cream run along with his brother. He truly enjoyed his large lemon Italian ice. When I expressed fear of cross contamination, our server ensured me that the ices was kept in a separate freezer. Definitely will be back!

It was my first time at Rita’s today and honestly, I had no idea what to get, but Megan made it super easy. She greeted me with a big smile and was so nice that I felt comfortable right away. I asked a ton of questions and tried a bunch of samples, and she was really patient and helpful the whole time. She was super friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience way more fun. We even had a good laugh a couple times, which totally made my day. Plus, she got my order done really fast and got everything exactly right. What I loved most is that she didn’t just rush through it. My husband and I always go tobthis place for the twist custard icecream as it is so good. This time I asked the black server in blue to try one of their other custard flavors. She said that the manager forbids it. So we bought the usual and sat down in one of the outside chairs in front of the window. There came 6 people after us who were black and hispanic and asked her to try something. She gave to each of them. What???- It cannot get more racist!! That shameless girl should be fired at once!!! If she is not, i will post her photo and tell of her discriminative nature in all social media. Absolutely unacceptable! The owner is also to be blamed for allowing such illegal behaviors!!
