Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Bad business! We are regulars here and I take the time to call right away to let them know our ice cream sundaes arrived with just all toppings surrounded by all melted ice cream! My poor dog’s pup cup has no milk bone in it when I typed on door dash and specified to include one since we were ripped off last time with no milk bone! Instead of trying to make things right this girl who answered told me to call back tomorrow to speak with the manager when we spent $50.00 on this order! Door dash is useless and won’t do anything about it and Rita’s doesn’t care so yes let’s all eat melted ice cream sundaes with just toppings and pup cups with no milk bones in them! How fun is that!? Bad business so you lost a customer unless you replace our order then I will remove this review!

I’ve gotten the frozen coffee multiple times from other locations and wasn’t a fan, figured I try it one more time. It was the BEST thing I have ever had. Made perfectly 10/10. Also had to call my friend to see what they wanted , workers were very patient. That frozen coffee made my day, thank you very much.

All of the employees there are so very sweet, kind, provide excellent customer service. My guy & I go there on almost a weekly basis. Today, Tori was amazing!! She was so fast making our excellent treats & gave lots of great suggestions for creating our gelati. Thank you Tori for making our day!

Dirty little strip mall Rita's. Flavors were not the usual high sellers by any means. There is a pandemic going on and the restroom was very dirty, and they tables were not bussed or wiped down. I will not visit this Rita's again. And I suggest you not waste your time and money here either.

I am posting a review about the false adverting and poor customer service I received from the manger/owner of the Rita’s in middle river. I received an email on February 22nd, 2019 from Rita’s stating a promotion for today in which all treats are 50% off. At the bottom of the email was the address of my local Rita’s. So I arrived that day to purchase 3 packs of the ice cream sandwich treats for a birthday party. To my surprise I was denied the promotion price for the packs. I mentioned the email I received stated no such exclusions. The employee did not care. I emailed the customer service and they sent my complaint over to the store and said I would get a reply back within 24 hours. I received a reply that basically said they had already told me the packs are excluded. Did not offer even
