Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I just have to give a shoutout to Carol at Rita’s. Every single time I come in, she is so incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming. She has such a personable energy — she genuinely talks to customers, smiles the whole time, and makes you feel like more than just another order. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does because she’s always happy and positive. What stands out even more is how she treats her staff. She’s so patient and encouraging with them, and you can clearly see that they love working with her. The whole environment feels warm and upbeat because of her leadership. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a simple stop feel special, but Carol absolutely does. She’s a gem, and Rita’s is lucky to have her! 💛

Absolutely fantastic service all around. Fantastic management and great cashier help by a lady named Kailey. I was running around to a ton of Rita’s looking for last minute strawberry, and they went out of their way to make me a pint and got it done the same day, and even helped me out a bit extra. Been coming to this Rita’s my whole life, and it’s been absolutely splendid every single time. Much love to the team.

Very friendly, fast timing, and great water ice. For the price, I would highly recommend coming to this location. I’ve been coming here since I was younger-I live right around the corner and have had nothing but great experiences!!

I just want to let you know that this is Thee BEST location around !!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Bensalem/Neshaminy) Carol, since the day I started coming here has been nothing but exceptional!!! I have been to other locations and I only come to this one because of the way I’m treated !!! Carol always has a smile on her face and welcomes everyone the same- with kindness !!!!
