Bensalem Branch, Bucks County Free Library

It's a nice library. Clean and everything in its place. There are fun areas for kids , there is lego wall where you can make structures out of Legos on the wall, there is a color wall where you twist circles to change colors and there also is a little play area with tabs for kiddos and blocks to play. There is a wide variety of books that kids can reach and enjoy and a few comfy chairs to sit in. There are computers and study rooms and meeting rooms. The bathrooms are clean.

Went to the library to print my vehicle registration. Received quality customer service from Brynn, Brian and Mandy. Everyone was helpful and kind. Nice library.

I visited this library primarily to apply for a passport for both my children. The staff that take care of passport applications was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I basically did everything through here, meaning passport interview and passport photo. I just don’t want the hassle to take my kids elsewhere to get their photo taken when the library charges around the same price, plus tax free! While working on the application, my kids can even go to the kids section to play and not roaming around bothering the staff. Win win situation. And another great reason why I rather choose here to get the passport done is because I get quicker appointment availability than going to a post office!

This is one of my favorite spots in Bensalem to bring my kids for a great experience. The staff are super friendly, and they have tons of fun programs for kids—even the little ones! Definitely a place to check out with your child.

We've used the Passport services at this branch 3 times, and each time has been a wonderful experience. This last time we saw Kerrie, and she is outstanding in every way. Very professional and courteous. The process is made so easy. Kerrie sends email reminders and information on exactly what you need to bring. She will also take your picture for a small additional fee, which really makes the whole thing easier. Literally we were in-and-out. Absolutely cannot recommend this location enough!
