Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Love Rita’s. It never fails to make my day. They have all the options here. Parking is kinda annoying but if you go behind the iron rooster there are spots. There’s also a playground next door!

Someone get these kids a crash course in customer service. Rita’s would be better off putting a vending machine here or automating their kiosk. I get it. It’s hot, you’re busy. But for what you won’t step up to do, someone else will for your wage. Greet people. Acknowledge you’re slammed. Speak up. Look at folks when you talk to them. It does wonders when you’re engaged in your job when you work in food service. Shave ice and gelati here is okay, but the service sucks. Grab a frozen treat at your local grocer instead.

I went to Canton today for a cool treat on a hot day and this location did not disappoint me. The ladies at the counter were very polite and friendly. My waffle bowl definitely hit the spot. Cannot wait to go back again 😋

It’s been a while since I have a Mango Gelati. It was delicious as how I remembered. Lots of parking.

The shift leader at this place on 10/25/2025 had a terrible attitude. Won't be coming here again. Horrible attitude.
