Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Casey was the best!!! Every time I come to this location, she just happens to be working and greets me with a big smile and charisma! Very thankful for her and her amazing customer service.

Rita’s is always a treat! This location is on a busy road so there isn’t much foot traffic, which usually means no line! There is a small parking lot, additional parking on the side street, and a couple benches to sit and watch the cars as you enjoy! Pictured is the limited time 5 layer Gelati

I love Rita’s. Everything Rita’s does is never wrong. This unicorn gelati may be the greatest thing I’ve ever eaten. If you haven’t gone to Rita’s you’re doing life wrong. This location is great and their seating is good too. Parking is limited. But once you have a water ice in hand you won’t care anymore.

The size of the "5 layer Gelati" for almost $8 is a joke! It's smaller than a small ice coffee! So maybe 8oz, unless the teenage woman doesn't know what goes with what and clearly didn't want to work, sat at the counter while she stared on her phone instead of paying attention to what I ordered bc she asked 3 times! It's flavored ice and custard, not a rare combination scientific discovery! Very unfortunate how disappointing things are.

This RITA'S had a filth bench sitting area. Trash, spilled ice cream made the sitting area unusable. The seating area had not been cleaned in days. The counter top service area was sticky, and the window slider was packed with sprinkles and candy pieces going back years. This used to be a clean establishment. What is going on.? The water ice is certainly expensive, but the dirty environment is the deal breaker. UPDATE 2025: Please get weed killer the front sidewalk is filled with weeds. The counter top looked a whole lot better, no packed in candy pieces/ sprinkles this year.
